How to Use the Kit:

 

Using the kit is simple and there’s no wrong way to do it, so don’t stress or overthink it. The package includes:

 

1. The Paper Taweez (yellow paper to be used in water):

   - You will receive one piece of paper.

   - Get some clean water (1 to 3 liters). There is no specific measurement, so don’t worry—you can’t go wrong.

   - Fully submerge the paper in the water.

   - After 2-3 minutes, remove the paper.

   - Let the paper dry outside. You can discard it by burning it, throwing it in a river, or folding it and keeping it, but do not throw it in the trash as it has a sacred and powerful name on it.

 

2. Washing:

   - Wash your body with this water once. You can wash your entire body or just key areas like hands and feet.

 

Questions:

 

1. Do you need to add or mix any materials with the paper?

   - No, the paper is simple with special writing that may or may not be noticeable when placed in water. It has been infused with the smoke of a particular incense and recited over multiple times.

 

2. Are there any side effects?

   - No, it is made to help and heal, with no adverse effects.

 

3. Is there a specific time or place to use the paper in water?

   - No, you can do this at any time and place.

 

4. Can others in my household use it?

   - Yes, there are no restrictions on how many people can use this.

 

5. Can I wash with regular water after using the infused water?

   - Yes, once the empowered water touches your skin, the process is complete. You can then wash with regular water or finish as usual.

 

6. Can I use the kit more than once?

   - Yes, there’s no limit to how often you can use the kit, but we recommend waiting at least a week between uses if you choose to use it again.

 

Using the Other Materials:

 

- The Dragon Blood and Green Luban Incense should be used on the same day as the paper taweez.

- Place a teaspoon of either incense (Dragon Blood or Green Luban) on a lit charcoal or electric burner, just as you would with any other incense. The order of burning doesn’t matter.

- Burn the incense for a few seconds—this is sufficient to achieve the desired results. The amount provided is more than enough for two or three uses, so you can save it for future use.

- Burn the second incense at least an hour after the first.

 

Important Note:

 

- Ensure good ventilation when using incense.

- Consult a doctor if you have asthma, lung issues, or breathing problems before using incense.

- Do not use incense directly on children or pregnant women.

- Avoid using incense directly under a fire alarm and consult a physician if you have any medical conditions.

- Keep incense out of reach of children and do not ingest or use it internally.

Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address on the shipping invoice, this is a shipping company address and we will not receive your item is you shipped it to that address.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at rouhalahjar@gmail.com

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, you should email us first, do not return it to the shipping company or the address on the shipping label.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Kindly note all returns need to be shipped with full tracking and signature confirmation. Do not ship it without tracking or signature confirmation as if it's lost or not received you will bare the full responsibility.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
